Video-Call or meeting at your place or our offices in Bregenz:

• Summer school programmes are presented in detail and advantages of individual options discussed

• We will deal with the organisation and booking process and you will receive the booking details from your summer school.
• We advise you concerning flights and transfer options.
• If you wish, we will go through the itinerary and booking documents, which you receive from the school, together and clarify remaining questions and uncertainties (luggage, pocket money, course details and daily routine etc.)
• We will definitely give you and your child our support before and during your child’s stay abroad regarding all matters and requests around your trip to the UK. And we are in good contact with our partner schools.

• First exchange via telephone (approx. 20 minutes) or email correspondence
• Questionnaire to fill in
• 90-minute counselling session (via Zoom, MS Teams or at your home or our offices in Bregenz)

• Evaluation of the child’s profile of strengths and interests with a focus on the future (personal and academic 5-year outlook)
• Presentation of suitable boarding schools for your child
• Organisation of interviews with head of school and administration of respective schools or organisation of visits to these institutions
• If applicable, support with placement tests
• Support with visa application and choice of guardian
• Advice on choice of subjects
• Clarification of remaining questions around school uniform, pocket money, insurance, foreign remittances, etc.
  Finding the best flight and transfer options to and from school
• We will definitely remain your and your child’s contact partner for all issues, requests and uncertainties until your child returns home. In addition, we are in close contact with our partner schools. This means, your child is in safe keeping with us.

• Intensive English! 4-8-week preparation course before attending school abroad (including subject-specific English for individual subjects like Mathematics and Science) – online or in our offices in Bregenz
